Warranty Policy

Limited 1-year Warranty for All Products

We are committed towards providing a seamless customer experience, even after the purchase is completed. Our warranty policy is designed to make the customer’s post purchase journey smooth and memorable.

Is very proud to stand by the quality of the travel gear and lifestyle accessories. When the products are used under normal conditions for which they are designed, these products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty time period.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we repair or replace the product based on personal discretion. To claim the warranty, you need to either register yourself at the time of purchase (From Dec 2022) or/ and share the following essentials with us (prior Dec 2022 purchases):

  • Proof of purchase
  • Picture of the product with the defect

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).

In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defect, we provide dedicated customer assistance along with repair or replacement of the product.

If an identical replacement isn’t available, we provide you with compensation of comparable value.

If an airline or the airport authority damages your product, contact them immediately to file a claim.

You can fill the warranty claim form with the required details to process your claim. Please note that for repairing the luggage bag you will have to visit or send the product to our nearest authorized centre/us

The cost for sending the product to our service center will be covered by you, although we repair and return your product within 15 working days with free shipping.

International Warranty

No matter where you travel, our international warranty will follow you. To claim your international warranty please share the following details at support@statubag.com:

  1. Proof of Travel: Boarding Pass
  2. Proof of Purchase: Product Invoice
  3. Proof of Impairment: A picture of the damaged luggage bag

While our luggage is made with high-quality materials, it is still susceptible to damage from external factors.
